3. Payment and Pricing:
– The booking fees will be clearly indicated when you request a driver. Payment can be made via the payment methods accepted on our site.
– Fares may vary depending on different factors such as distance, time, vehicle options, etc. Be sure to check the applicable rates before confirming your booking.
– Tips are not included in the rates displayed, but they are appreciated to reward quality service.
4. Cancellation and changes:
– You can cancel or modify your reservation subject to the cancellation conditions specified at the time of reservation.
– Cancellation charges may apply if you cancel a reservation after a certain period.
– If you decide to cancel a reservation, please note that:
- Cancellations made at least one week before the appointment date will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than a week in advance will not be refunded.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will also be considered non-refundable.

8. We appreciate your interest in our services on FDDriving. In order to provide you with a seamless and stress-free experience, we would like to inform you of our delay policy for different booking categories.
Reservations for Airports: For bookings to and from airports, we understand that delays can sometimes be unavoidable. This is why we grant a delay tolerance of up to one hour. If your flight is late and you provided your flight details when booking, our driver will be waiting for you during this time at no additional cost. Beyond one hour late, service charges may apply.
Shopping in Paris or the Agglomeration: For races within Paris or the conurbation, we grant a lateness tolerance of 15 minutes. We understand that traffic can be unpredictable, but to ensure our services run smoothly for all of our customers, we encourage you to be on time for your pick-up. In the event of a delay of more than 15 minutes, we will do our best to adjust the availability of the driver, but this may not always be possible.
